미슐랭 별두개에 빛나는 차이니즈 레스토랑 Wynn Macau에 위치하고 있다.Golden Flower serves four primary types of cuisine: Tan, an aristocratic cuisine that blends the cooking styles of Beijing and Canton; Lu cooking from Shandong; as well as classic dishes from the Cantonese and Sichuan canon. We start with a signature dish from the restaurant, rt of American-Cantonese invention, this dish proves that it can actually be a delicate and subtle sauce, which combined with the high-quality fish, makes it almost one of best dishes of the meal. The reason it is not the very best dish is because that distinction goes to the stewed matsutake mushroom in supreme chicken broth. Golden Flower is known for its chicken broth and this soup shows off the extremely high quality of this dish to its maximum, and it was so decadently delicious that we even considered forgoing dessert to have another bowl.
