신보는 새로운 소식이라는 뜻으로, 새로운 맛과 즐거운 소식들을 전한다는 의미를 가진 작은 돈카츠 가게입니다. 원육을 10일간 저온 숙성 후 당일 아침 작업을 통하여,최대한 신선하게 음식을 만들고 있으며, 신선한 기름으로 튀기고 오븐으로 다시 구워 바삭하고 부드러운 돈카츠를 만들고 있습니다. 바삭하고 부드러운 돈카츠와 맥주와 하이볼을 함께 즐겨주세요~ 저희 카츠신보를 손님들에게 즐거움과 만족감을 주는 가게로 만들겠습니다. :) Shinbo means new news, delivering new flavors and good news It's a small pork cutlet shop with meaning.
